At Peach Perfect Financials, we are committed to providing high-quality accounting and financial services tailored to the needs of content creators, bloggers, and influencers. Below, we outline our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and service fulfillment.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered or a retainer fee has been processed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to review service agreements carefully before committing to our financial services.

Service Delivery Policy
Our accounting services are delivered electronically and through direct client communication. Depending on the service package, this may include virtual meetings, email correspondence, and cloud-based document sharing. Clients will receive detailed instructions on how to submit necessary financial documents and access their reports.

Cancellation Policy
For clients enrolled in our CPA on Retainer service, we require a 30-day written notice to cancel services. This allows us to properly transition your accounts and finalize any outstanding work. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to team@peachperfectfinancials.com.

Other one-time or project-based services may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details.

Modification of Services
We understand that financial needs may evolve. If you wish to modify your service plan, please contact us to discuss adjustments. Changes to recurring services must be requested with sufficient notice, subject to approval.
